VP Naidu to visit Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia from Aug 17-22: MEA New Delhi, Aug 14 (ANI): Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Secretary (West), A Gitesh Sarma on August 14 said Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu will be visiting Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia from 17th to 21st August. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation.
